I have this model and just had it 12month ago and now it’s not working properly and it keeps saying 300 temps and only shows chips on the screen I will not by a tefal again I have trying every thing and the screen is flashing all the time but the fan only shows one part of it when it’s got food inside it

I have the tefall 3in1 but I am having trouble I have only had it for year but the screen is say mines time and to air fry it’s gowing to the temperature is 280 and I cannot find the reason for it just gone like it can anyone help me please

Seriously worst grill plate ever. Coating started to peel off after 6 months we bought the product and now it is completely unusable. Even with Tepal woks and frying pans, coating lifts off after 1 year of usage. Some cheap non branded frying pans outperform Tepal non stick ware. Called consumer service team today and not happy with their response. Will never buy another Tepal product.
